Here is my Batman Vrs Superman batman, its not perfect but the reactions I got were great, with the exception of the Cowl its all home made.

Started 3 months ago, finally finished making them last night.. all free hand made from EVA foam.

By freehand do you mean that you just randomly cut the pieces or did you create templates yourself, if the latter could you send me the Robin templates if possible.

yep.. just made them from pieces and glued them together.. no template at all..
