My jumpsuit is one-piece and blue. I don't know the exact material but it's stretchier than my jacket.
Judge Dredd jumpsuit (MBA Female Extra 06035) and cadet jacket (MBA Sam Barriscale 06083 Male Cadet 4).
Personally, for a replica costume, I'd prefer to have something slightly less figure hugging.

The pants were a Brushed cotton/Lycra mix
the hero versions were unitards very much like the ones Wake has on

Perhaps the female and male versions were less defining wake as i note from your post you have the female unitard
