32" Falcon Progress/ more new piccys page 23

Re: 32" Falcon Progress/ more new piccys page 21

She's sure looking lovely, Phil. The splatter is going to help tie things together nicely, I think. So don't fear the splatter. Embrace the splatter. Practice the splatter a good bit first, though. And then embrace it.

As Mick Jagger put it:

Ah look at me, I'm a splattered
I'm a splattered
Look at me, I'm a splattered yeah

Sorry. Got carried away there...

Much admiration coming to you from my neck of the woods, man - gorgeous and very homogenous!

Re: 32" Falcon Progress/ more new piccys page 21

Wow.

When Han Solo said "she might not look like much..." he was kidding. The pics you have posted show all the hard word you put into this project. Truly fantastic. :cry ( tears of joy)

In the flesh, in all its glory. I had the pleasure of seeing this today......

Phil mate, there are no words to describe this build, simply awe inspiring. Now get down to the lake and see how many skims you can get out of it, I reckon 8?

Re: 32" Falcon Progress/ more new piccys page 21

Was lucky enough to see this with Guy Saturday, in fact, it was one of the things i was most looking forward to.

Highlight of my day, being a bit biased to the studio scale, but we really couldnt take our eyes off her, the work put in is simply stunning, and so neat you would think a machine made it, as i said in the prop thread, its probably the neatest and most beautiful model ive ever seen.

Want to thank Phil for bringing her to the show, and it was a pleasure to meet you mate, all round super bloke!

bests......lee

She looks beautiful Phil, I hope I have just as much good fortune on mine when I get around to starting it.

Well...... is there a Canadian tour planned? :confused

Re: 32" Falcon Progress/ more new piccys page 21

Amazing job. Congrats! Can you please post a pic in the dark with it's lights on?

Re: 32" Falcon Progress/ more new piccys page 21

Canadian tour would be great, I'd love to see Canada, so when shall I come over ?

Lights aren't quite finished yet, but there will be a piccy eventually..

Cheers

I second the comments made here. That looks stunning. Ken Ralston could just stick her on a mo-co rig and start filming!

I will have to get along to any future events like this and savour all the beautifully crafted things in person.
