Has anyone built up one of these? I pulled mine out of storage and was thinking of taking a crack at it.

In what way are you going to rework it ?

Btw, if needed I have a few not so well lit images from the SW exhibit in Paris.

do you mean the 1/12 scale model kit that came out in the early 80s? :confused

Hasbro did make a 1/6 scale speeder bike but it was part of thier 12inch action figure line, it was already built, not a model.

I may be off but I think he means the 1/6th toy.. over on some other sites that deal in 1/6th stuff you might be able to find pics of customized / accurized versions of the toy. I know I saw a G.I. Joe jeep that someone built up and it was nearly indistinguishable from the real deal. Of course that meant that quite a bit of the toy had been replaced with scale replicas of parts for a real jeep but it worked out nicely.
