Galactica 1980 - A/B Heavy Raider - Any Info?

Hello, all. I know G1980 is generally a sore spot for most fans of TOS, but it did have the one interesting addition of the new Cylon A/B Heavy Raider. Schematic here: http://shipschematics.net/bsg/images/cylon/abfighter_cylon.jpg Does anyone know what ever happened to the original miniature or have any pics of it besides what has been seen on screen? It's been a while but, IIRC, It was initially seen briefly (and by briefly I mean no more than 2 seconds of screen time) in "The Super Scouts Pt. 1" as it was strafing the cargo freighter Delphi (which was really the Gemini Freighter from TOS), necessitating the kids on board to be moved safely to Earth where they engaged in their little low-grav antics. It saw a lot more screen time in "The Night The Cylons Landed Pt. 1". It was damaged in a skirmish with Vipers and re-entered in a slow orbit down to Earth. Reference to it here on the Battlestar Wiki

BTW, you may want to try to contact Ken Larson about this.

I did and he had nothing, unfortunately. He said a lot of people are looking for this model and there is scarce little information about it. HOWEVER! Two new fantastic photos have surfaced on this very miniature on Resin Illuminati BBS, one of the best and fast-growing resources of TOS BSG reference material. Links follow:

It really is a bad-ass little ship.

Some things I notice in those new pictures;

Some parts from the Tamiya 1/35 Quad Tractor.

Cockpit from Monogram Raider, as well as the top of a raider over the engines in the back. A second monogram Raider cockpit cut up and used behind the other one.

huh... that makes a lot of sense... use an underscale canopy on a ship that has studio scale engines to make it look like it's HUGE!

Cool.
