It looks like a variation of either 'Bravo bold' or 'Thunder'

I'm actually positive that this is the # character for a font (which is why What the Font fails me), so no modification would be necessary.

Well, I thought it was Ragtime Italic the character for #/No. but I have cleared out so many old fonts from my system, that I don't have it or any similar ones to even look at.
Closest I have is playbill.

I love the Hogwarts ticket and have been searching out tons of Fonts on the web.....unfortunately I haven't found it. :cry
