Any RoboVox - Voice Changer users?

I am sure there is bound to be some here but I need help.

If I put the app on Parrot mode it will play the audio via an external speaker, same for any recordings I make.

However when using Headphone mode/Live effect mode it will play from my phone speaker only, which is no good.

I am on Android, using a Samsung S8+ so any help on how to get the live sound to come out the speaker would be much appreciated.

I have tried using the setting which allows you to have an app play audio out of a different source to your phone but it didn't make any difference.
