BlockBuster Life Sized Spiderman Repair Question

Hello everyone. I just picked up a Life-size Spiderman from a amusement park that is closing down for a steal. It needs some touch ups and had a few Questions.
1. The right arm has a hole in it and I need to patch it. Any tips on fiberglass repair would be amazing. Mind you I never worked with this material before so super beginners guide is needed.

2. Paint touch ups. How would I color match this little guy :)

3. This might be the easiest but I need to foil match the eyes. Or at least upgrade them.

This is my first big project. All help is welcomed.

Excellent piece and about to the hole in the arm I can only think of one way, make a mix of fiberglass and resin, pour it into the hole, put a piece of tape as a patch and turn the figure so that inside repair with the mix of fiber and resin, then use bondo to finish and repaint.
