Alright, I’ve only got a few more Ethan Hunt costume threads left, so bear with me.
When it comes to M:I III, most people think of one of two costumes: the black outfit he wears to rescue agent Ferris, or his suede jacket/jeans combo he wears during the bridge attack scene. I’ll start by discussing the former. While it is known that the jacket was acquired from belstaff, It has gone through changes since its inception. The jacket (called the M Blouson by the brand) Is no longer for sale that I know of, and only a limited run of the originals in 2006 is truly accurate. here are some photos of the whole getup and the first run jacket:

And the officially produced jacket:

The belt Ethan wears is a Blackhawk CQB/rigger’s belt:

It is available here: https://blackhawk.com/products/appar...-rigger-s-belt
As for the rest of that outfit, I’m not sure. I’ll post when I find out more about it.
Ethan’s other outfit consists of the jeans, jacket, shoes, and black t shirt that somehow looks green:

You can tell that the production probably didn’t make the jackets as you can see the sleeve partially ripped out in the closeup shot. Anyways, here are a couple photos of his China costume which I believe show the same shirt and shoes:

That’s all I have for now, keep me posted if you guys find anything!

Ethan’s watch is (to the extent of my knowledge) a Casio MTG 910 G-Shock. While there is a special edition called the MTG 911 which was sold as the accurate watch, I have evidence to disprove this. To begin with, here is the MTG 910:

and here is a shot of the screen used watch:

Both appear to have the same text alignment, color tones on the letters and watch/ watch strap, and even a blue G on the illumination button. Now here’s an image of the “official” MTG 911 MI3 watch:

The numerical layout is slightly varied and the text colors are different from those above, ruling this one out of being the original.

Ethan’s shoes are surprisingly well documented:

With what appear to be three stripes, I decided to look up rubber Adidias shoes, but I have yet to find any leads.

Well, looks like this is it. I’ve looked all over for more info and haven’t found and haven’t found any, so this thread is going into hibernation. I’ll make sure to post if I find anything, and if anyone has any info please feel free to post.

So was checking out this thread from over a decade ago (https://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=22164), and it led me to some intersting places. Firstly, the members replying to the thread incorrectly identified the holster as the Blackhawk Omega VI. After some reasearch, I was able to find the source of the real holster. While it isn’t the exact one from the film (I think the weapon size for this one is different), the lineage and manufacturer are the same:

Here’s a comparison picture to prove my point:

Also, the sunglasses from the speedboat scene are Oliver People’s Wallace sunglasses:

Unfortunately, these are very difficult to find.
