I had a cool project this week. I was contacted by one of the guards on Black Panther to make him a staff like he used in the movie for his appearances at Cons. It was a fast turnaround but fun. It is made out of wood, hand cut, ground, and finished in automotive paints. I wanted to do a light weathering on it, but he wanted it in pristine condition. Anyway, just thought I’d share since it was a cool story and a prop I haven’t seen replicated yet (unless I missed it somewhere).
