What up guys...latest build is a Rancor head. God knows what full scale is but this is gonna be pretty big...about 2 metres square

All 3d printed with glass eyes...here's where i'm at

This is the front half of the lower jaw with all the supporting walls still attached

This is the front

And this is inside the front half upper jaw with all support removed and fibre glassed

OK so got him all assembled. Will keep adding fibre-glass to the inside skin and then pour expanding foam in thru the mouth to fill in around the base where it joins onto the back board

Got the glass eyes in so next is fitting the teeth!

OK...he's big so progress is slow but he is inching forwards

Got most of the sanding done and fitted the bottom teeth

All done Rancor-wise. Teeth fitted and painted. Oversize custom glass eyes. Hot glue drool. XTC slobber and a lot of airbrush paint

I'm chuffed with the finished result...he's a big nasty beast but he's quite sweet too
