I purchased this at an antique store today. I was told it was made for the movie "The Green Mile", but was not used because it was too small for Michael Clarke Duncan so was not screen used. I was told this prop was made by Blue Ridge Motion Pictures and since its creation was supposedly used in 3 film shorts and has been rented out 25 to 30 times for other major productions. The prop is a replica of "Old Sparky" an electric chair from Texas and I'm happy with it even if it's not related to the green mile. If anyone can verify this story or has any information about this chair I would be greatly appreciative.
