Batman Production Made Emblem

I've recently acquired a production made Batman Emblem. It was obtained from a crew member directly from a collector and then passed onto me. It was thought to be from the first original Batman film starring Michael Keaton, it's possible it's a concept emblem.

Just seeking any help anyone can give on weather this seems legit. Look forward to your thoughts on this.

It's hard to say, it changes in the movie. I think it doesn't taper enough on the bottom of the wings.

Oof, there have been a LOT of replicas out there, and this one looks like at one point the entire thing was painted yellow... it's a unique piece, but it'd be a real challenge to identify if it's legit or not. Hopefully you've gotten some clarity from somewhere?
