How is that not complete? Those are some of the best pep files for the Mark 42 out there. Plus they are free. What exactly do you want?

I think you need to be more specific on what the files are missing and what you are looking for in a pep file. Your questions and responses are too short for us to really help you out.

What?? In what way is it “up to us” to decide which files you believe are missing and should be added to make this a complete set of files? You asked for an Iron Man Mk 42 paper Pepakura, you were given a link to a brilliant thread containing incredible accurate files that cost absolutely nothing, to which you complained that they were not complete. When Psicorp7 pointed out that those files were in fact complete, you simply repeated your earlier statement.
We cannot help you if you continue to post deliberately vague or evasive answers.
