I've never had any issues.
I've used them, CultTVMan, and Federationmodels. All with zero issues.

Ditto on all this. SM and Cult are my usual vendors unless I happen to find a particularly deep discount somewhere else. If SM and Cult are only a couple bucks more, I'll order from them to support businesses devoted to sci-fi modeling.
