You should be able to increase your print speed to at least 50 - 65mm/s without issues, and it looks like your printer can go up to 80mm/s while maintaining quality. If I was you, I'd test the other bicep with 80mm/s, see if you can cut that print time in half. If you're OK with more finishing work, you could up the layer height to 0.2mm, which would cut the time in half again.

Combining both of those, you could get that 72 hour print down to 18 hours. At the very least that's a more manageable time for test fitting, so you don't spend a week printing a chest plate only to find it doesn't fit.

Yesterday i started with neck and started issues : mybad i tried to print with this settings: collo1.png

And gone wrong so i decided to cut the part in 2 and i followed this settings found from the flexifill vendor:

Is possible bed +90°C - 110°C ? really ?

From what I've seen people recommend a bed temp of 90-100 degrees C for ABS, so I'd imagine most printers can get that high. My printer is cheap, so it doesn't want to heat higher than 75.

Be extra sure you get your retraction settings right on that print. Flexible materials are quite particular about that kind of thing, or so I've heard.

the pepakura one looks great and remember that tony stark made his mark 1 all hand made and rought and then used computers to make the cool ones, just like many of us LOL
