Darth Maul 3D printed lightsaber

So I have been working on another new lightsaber. I’m pretty happy with this one.

I’ve printed off one emitter so far. I’m still currently printing the rest. I’ll have it done soon.

I don’t think there are images of the cut off part so I did my own thing there.

Well, after printing the wrong parts twice and wasting a bunch of plastic; I finally have half the prototype. It’s looking great and I’ve only found one issue so far I need to fix. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

Thank you so much. I use a heavily modified mono price maker select plus. I print the hilt parts usually at .1mm height. Some of the smaller parts I sometime print at .06mm.

Great models ! Congrats!
What 3D printer did you use and what resolution?
