Female CABLE Cosplay - Deadpool 2 - EVA Foam - WIP

So I've been working on a Cable cosplay inspired by Deadpool 2 for my sister.
Mostly have the arm done, so here's a few pics of the process :D

I'll keep posting as I get more done and as I acquire the various accessories for her cosplay:

Took a duct tape cast of my sister's arm, made the patterns and cut out the EVA foam. Used plastic wire looms (1/4" and 1/2") cut in half and glued in place for the cables:
Scored the lines with a blade and hit the whole thing with a heat gun. Rivets are made with Dremel.

Coated it in 6 layers of PVA glue/water mixture, then sanded it with 1200 grit and 3000 grit sandpaper:

Spray painted with Rust-Oleum Metallic Finish Bright Coat Chrome (2 coats):

And strung some Yellow EL wire inside and linked the shoulder/bicep to the elbow with some elastic on the inside, then fit tested yesterday, and this is where I'm at:

It fits my sister perfectly! Great movement. And she says it's comfortable.
Not quite finished. Still need to weather it.

Comments and suggestions welcome!

Well, from what I've seen of other people's wish.com orders, you'll be lucky if what you get remotely resembles what you order. It could look like tactical gear, or it could look like a cowboy vest, or it could be a bunch of stress balls. It really is a mixed bag.

HHAHAHA :D I've ordered tons of stuff from Wish and haven't had a problem yet. Now, I wouldn't order a laptop or TV or high-priced item, but little stuff like this has always worked out. Toys, accessories, gloves, socks, tights, cheap watches, artwork.. all seems fine. A shirt I ordered once was unwearable because of the cheap material, but other than that it's been a solid site. Just don't spend more than $15 bucks on an item so it's not a huge deal if it's garbage when it arrives :D

Made the neck prosthetic and arm prosthetic to covet the gap in the eva foam arm. Both made from liquid latex. Base coast of pax paint (black acrylic mixed with latex) then brushed with a silver metallic acrylic.
