20180705_200318.jpg test fit with storm trooper

Have you tried on the arm pieces? I always think that it's pretty ambitious tackling these newer suits because of how streamlined they look. Always feels like you'd be balancing it looking right and it feeling OK to wear.

DrCyanide you are correct, did a test fit and there's always room for improvement with mobility, right now it's position properly if i keep the arms open and elongated vertically in resting position, but when bending and making poses it collides and make contact from the inner section of bicep and forearm @ elbow join. But it'll be revised once the entire upper is printed for proportional adjustment. One of the many fun side task of armor building, haha.

Its been a while but here's some updates:
Didn't get the suit fully printed in time for Halloween 2018 so i just assemble what was done and suited up

what did you do for the facemask? was it just pop on? great looking print, once i get my printer im totally buying from nikko, he has great files and videos too!

Looks fantastic!

Is there some trick of the light going on with the Reactor? In the first two pictures it looks blue, but in the rest it looks red.

Mad Monkey, thank you for the kind words, i had envision a servo push button open/close but ran out of time, i was only able to install the hinges to have it manually open close, and cheated with a magnet to keep it open.
Yes Nikko has great tutorials to help.

DrCyanide, it was actually a newbie mistake, i totally forgot that i scaled the chest armor 5% larger and the original blue reactor printed normal thus was too darn small. A second reactor was printed in the nick of time scaled to match the 5% and with my luck, i ran out of blue led diodes and scrap thru my junk drawer and salvage red leds, it was less cumbersome to redo the wiring brand new than unsoldering the blue setup, just learn how to solder and it wasn't pretty haha.
