Mods for Supreme Chewbacca Costume?

Hey guys and gals! What are some good mods for the Chewbacca Supreme costume? I bought the moving mouth mask and a real leather satchel and bandolier.

Anyone know a good place to buy more fur? Any tips to make the mask look better, etc? Hand or feet upgrades? Thanks!!!

I would just replace the mask altogether. The fur suit looks decent. To make it look like OT Chewy you could Thin out the fur and make it look less thick and more straggly. Like put something in it to make it less fluffy and soft.

I'd also look at Adam Savage's Chewbacca costume. I think the bandolier was a one day build on Tested.

I keep going back and forth with this costume. They go for about $400 these days, and sadly the quality just doesn't meet my expectations. With time, effort and mods, it can be made to be pretty good, but that's a hefty price tag for just pretty good.

As for extra fur, most DIY wookiees use hair extensions, tied into a fishnet suit. Something I don't have the patience for, lol.

I'd love to do a Wookiee costume. But not gonna happen unless I get an amazing deal on the Rubies supreme. So I live vicariously through others who make Wookiee costumes.
