I’ve looked all over and I can’t find if the Captain Cold gun replica from The Flash ever get released?

That’s what I assumed. Probably “looked too much like a gun” to be green lit.

I'm not a gun expert but I don't think it could even pass as a gun. It's too big and bulky. Is there even a gun that looks vaguely similar to it?

I don’t think it looks like an actual firearm either but companies are weird about anything that even remotely resembles one.
