Lets kick this off... Here's a first look at a couple of the costumes from Jungle Cruise!!

Most importantly, what type of hat is that?

It's a greek fisherman's cap, very common among boaters and fisherman from the time period for which they're dressed. Appears to be made of the typical undyed canvas, with a leather strap across the front. The bill is probably leather.

I'd assume the shirt is either linen or cotton. Trousers are likely cotton.

Looks like a Yacht Club Officer Hat. http://www.captainsquartersuniforms.com/hats.html. I could be wrong.

Well, the officers cap is in the same lineage as the greek fisherman's cap. It looks like they switched out the braided strap for the leather one.

I found this one on the Sterkowski site, but when I click on it and go into the hats, I don't find that color combination. I've sent them an email to ask where that one is, and also sent shots of the Rock's hat and asked if it'd be possible to do a run of that one...

I'd thnk that you could dye the cap easily enough if you really wanted to.

It looks off white, and it looks like they forgot to age it in time for this video, haha. Everything else is a mess and his hat is perfect.

I just spoke with Sterkowski, and they will be restocking the beige and black fiddler cap on their site in the upcoming weeks...

I'm sure this is probably more work than it should be, but here's what I'm doing with the hat...

I found this hat, and then I'm going to dye the bill black.

Then I got one of these to replace the strap.

Wish me luck, but I think it'll turn out just fine... Here's where I am with my outfit so far... I added the dark buttons to the shirt. I replaced the buckles on the suspenders, though now waiting for accurate suspenders to show up. The hat turned out perfect, so what I wrote above is definitely the way to go. I also found a better belt, though not completely accurate. I need more photos.

Thanks to some recent photos, I've gotten a better look at the pouches he has on his belt. I have them, they just weren't in this specific photo, but I'll post a photo soon of the full outfit once I wear it out tomorrow.

I believe that style of hat is referred to as a “Greek Fisherman” style of hat.

You may want to try Goorin Brothers. They have a lot of newsie, fisherman, etc. hats.
