That story says nothing about his passing... just his hospitalization and hopeful recovery. You might want to link a different story at this point.

Similar thing happened to one of my best friends a few years ago.
His wife and mother elected to pull the plug.
We had watched him disintegrate for years before his death, though.
We knew it was only a matter of time.

Schnepp seemed like a pretty cool guy. Way too young to die.
