Full-costume templates available? (non-fibreglass)

Hello,

Due to some family matters I haven't had time to start an exo-suit costume from scratch this year, but would still like to build something new for Halloween. Could anyone please post hyperlinks to downloadable designs? I would be seeking to build primarily with EVA foam, not fiberglass; guessing this rules out most Pepakura? My only experience with building from templates is Evil Ted's foam helmets - printing out 8.5x11" pages and making trace patterns from them. I've not used Pepakura before much less related software - hoping for print-out patterns.

I'm open to most concepts. To date I'd been building G1 Transformers costumes but a change would be good. Examples of what I've made are here:
My 2018 Calgary Comic Expo G1 Transformers cartoon Megatron costume: https://imgur.com/gallery/S8XQYAp
My 2017 Calgary Comic Expo 80’s Transformers 9.1 scale Optimus Prime costume: http://imgur.com/gallery/2LLwh
My 2016 Calgary Comic Expo 80’s Transformers Devastator 8’6” costume: https://imgur.com/gallery/wgngZ

I've worked with cardboard (but would prefer not to again), EVA foam, hard insulation foam, and own a sewing machine.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Open and unfold in pepakura designer 4.

Would be nice to see something completely new being made other than Iron Man.Please surprise us.It'll be refreshing.
Keep in mind that these models need scaling and possibly editing before you can wear them.I myself had to widen the waist of the torso before I could fit in it.

Thanks George!

Don't worry, I feel the same way about Iron Man, Bat Man & Darth Vader. If I did an Iron Man it would be either the very first gray or gold version however.

Well,in my humble opinion,at least something we haven't seen before would be nice.
Anyway, don't forget to divide the model into parts,in order to scale them separately. You can cut up the model in 3d software.I use 3dBuilder in Win10.
