Spider-Man 7-piece suit made from scratch

Hi guys! This is to show my first full costume build, it's based on the classic red and blue Spider-Man outfit. It's my first time learning how to handsew and use a sewing machine so it's not as stable/sturdy as I wanted it to be, might end up remaking it sometime in the future when I can

You’re off to a really great start, this is exactly how I imagine Spider-Man would have made his costume in-universe: from scratch and completely by hand. While the dye sub builds are just as good, I find it refreshing to see a Spider-Man scratch build every once in a while.

What materials are you using, if I might ask?

It's basically 2-way stretch lycra (red and blue), the lenses are made using 1 mm foam and a car window mesh-like tint, the shoes are watershoes, and the front logo is made from pleather

Ok scratch that it's 2-way stretch that I used not 4-way
