I have heard and read that you can score some decent finds in the toy aisles at Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Burlington Coat Factory

Jakks WWF figs, 1990s/2000s GI Joe ...

any experience or thoughts ?

I remember the liquidation outlets having some stuff, like National Wholesale and another which I cannot remember right now.
