Han Solo in Carbonite Variation

I've always loved Han Solo in carbonite and I've always wanted one for display, but never had room for the full size prop. Recently, I came up with a solution. I thought I would share this, for anybody else who's interested in having one on display, but they don't have room for an enormous plywood box in their Star Wars man cave.

The entire project cost less than $250. I just bought the cheapest fiberglass kit I could find on eBay, mounted it to something plywood, and framed it with some cheap molding at Home Depot. I followed some of the tutorials that are found on the dented helmet website, and I'm pretty proud of how it turned out for a fast little project.

That's wonderful. I've been planning a HIC but also lack the room. This, however, could hang on the back of the door in my future Jabbas Palace man cave.
