Toybash Truck 2

Here's my latest completed project.
It is a charity shop found toy with a scratchbuilt cab,
kit part detailed and combined with a Tamiya Kong Head 6x6 RC chassis.
The wheels and tyres are cheap 1.9" rock crawler types.
1/16 scale and about 500mm long.

As usual the build process can be found on my blog site;

The photos below are a small sample showing some of the stages of construction.

Thanks for looking.

Hey Mung,

Been following your builds for some time now. Always enjoy watching what you come up with. Brilliant job - as always. Wish you would post more pics (hint hint wink wink)!

After seeing this last night I followed the link and perused your blog.... Holy @#$%, man... where to start... The fact that your models turn out breathtaking is one thing, but the everyday found items that you piece together to make them just makes the whole thing that much more impressive. I know that using everyday household items to make models is nothing new, but your ability to "see the sculpture in the marble" so to speak is mindblowing. You have a true gift. truly, truly beautiful pieces.

I'll stop blubbering now... lol
