Screen used Solo: A Star Wars Story Costumes at Hollywood Arclight Cinema.

I was pleasantly surprised to find three screen used costumes for Han, Qi'ra, and Lando on display at the Arclight Hollywood Cinema when I went to see 2001: A Space Odyssey in 70mm. I'm glad I had my DSLR to get good photos and could wait until after dark to keep the glare to a minimum.

thanks again for sharing, great pics! :thumbsup
any idea someone what scope was used for Lando's blaster? I never saw that conical shape before.

Yeah, that glare was killer. I shot a ton of pics during the day, which is great for color reference (all the browns look black, without enough light), but the glare was definitely an issue.

Are the blood stripes on Han’s pants RUBBER?!

The scope on the Han blaster looks like a resin cast. You can just make out some faint bubbles/imperfections in the finish.
Great shots btw!

The blaster and the droid caller were both casts. Stunt props, not the hero props, in the display.

So anyone know anything about Han's boots?

Much shorter than the old English riding boots from the OT days, but the style otherwise looks quite similar, and looks like they have a little clasp at the back top.

Any info or an ID would be awesome!

No formal ID of a specific off-the-shelf boot. But yes, the leather appears a little softer than the OT boots. They're a little (not much) shorter. Still flat top, but with the adjustment buckle and flap at the back. I'm guessing that buckle and flap is decorative, not functional. If you're committed enough, any shoe repair place should be able to add a flap and buckle to a regular pair of flat top riding boots.

I'm really hoping the (spoiler)Maul(spoiler) costume makes an appearance at one of the conventions/parks, so we can get some good reference. I've got a buddy working on a costume and he'd rather do the Solo one but not enough out there yet to really make anything.
