Converting Bandai PG Falcon

Hey guys, just a quick question has anyone thought of making the PG Falcon into the 5 Landing gear setup with the Resin upgrade kit that was made for the old MPC Falcon? Since the size is very close, do you think it would look right. I have both the PG and the Resin upgrade kit. Just wondering cause I like the Empire Falcon better than ANH Version...

Sounds like it could work. Set the parts in position with each other and check reference photos to see how the two extra boxes fit against the hull plates.

I prefer the Empire version myself but I am just going to wait for Bandai to release a kit of it later- I can use the time to start squirreling away funds for it...
