HAY KIDDIES!

well i decided it was time to finally get around to making the leaky cauldron sign.
been sitting on this project for over a year now.....the time has come.



i should take this time to mention my friend keith hahn and rocking k forge in helping
make this project come to life. thanks keith!

1) first cut the witch out of metal sheet.....



and the base metal out of square stock...



2) get the forge going and heat up some metal!!!


3) HAMMER TIME......





put the back bracket on too fast and.....


have to move it forward....

What a fantastic project. This isn't something just anyone can make. Wow! It looks wonderful. What are your plans for it?

thanks!

well i planned on just making one to see what kind of work would be involved....this one is full size. i might consider making more for a run, maybe full size and small size for collectors that would want one in the home. right now though it's just about seeing how much time and materials it will take and if it can be pulled off. lol
