Hi all,
I’m back, with a project I am definitely going to finish and improve on for the rest of the year. I am building the mark 48/50 iron man suit aka the infinity war suit! I’m planning to have it ready for the premier here in Australia (April 25th) so wish me luck…
It is definitely a speed build and not my best work but nonetheless I’m gonna get it finished no matter what. I started working on this suit about a week ago and a half ago so all up it will be around a 2-3week build – from foam to paint. Everything will be built out of foam except the helmet which a good friend printed for me ��. The pepakura files I am using for the build are maxcrafts files and the 3d helmet file is also maxcrafts. The reason I got into cosplay and building stuff out of foam was because of my love for iron man and always wanting to have my own suit, I‘m finally fulfilling it!
If you have any tips for the build or any recommendations for painting the sucker up please let me know, especially the paint, I’d love to know what other paint people are using and their process as I'm a bit stuck.

Progress pics, everything here (except the helmet) has been sealed and is ready to paint (chest/back/abs/cod/neck pieces/elbows/forearms/biceps). Also finished making some platforms on a cheap pair of shoes so I'm a little taller as I'm only 5'6"
