Who is working on a Lexus Skyjet from the movie Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets?

I realize the film has mixed reviews, but some of the prop designs in the film were pretty clever. Sadly, the Skyjet is one of those designs that might be ignored because the film it was in was not widely popular.
