Heres my finished reactor. I used fairy style lights for the illumination. I did not get to the hand repulsor sadly.

That looks awesome, I really love this version of the arc reactor! How did you make the outer casing?

Everything is 3D printed other than the lights and the translucent insert.

Personally I'm not really a fan of 3D printed parts for final use (molds/casting....prototyping.. for sure!)....
I just cant ever 'see' past the print (layer) lines.
I bet if you made another one, and use some filler/putty to clean things up... you could sell a few casts from it!
* Still open to making a custom pcb for an Arc Reactor version (or versions)

Oh I know i definitely rushed the print and didn't finish it like i could have. I finished my iron man forearm and hand much cleaner.
