Steel ANH Stormtrooper helmet

Hey all, I am brand new to the community but have been reading some of the projects from other talented members here. I started this project 3 weekends ago and might have 30 hours in so far. I am a novice Mig welder at best and have not welded sheet steel before this project. I do have blacksmithing and metal forming experience how ever it is based around tool making. I would like to share this project for criticism from those more versed in this skill so that I can improve my skill set. This will be a test for future projects like it. The medium is 18ga low carbon sheet steel and solid Mig wire. Hope my pictures load and thanks for your time. 015.jpg001.jpg005.jpg012.jpg

That will be a task for sure. The original helmets are made from ABS and not metal. Good luck, share when you have pics.
