The Last Jedi Caretaker (Judgemental Fish Nun) Cosplay!

So I somehow managed to make this in three days for toronto comic con! The con was awesome, and now that it's over i'm gonna redo some things on it and fix it up (like the hands aren't very good, hence the wraps, and i had meant to make feet but ran out of time)

Wow! I was just thinking today about how one might do one of these as a costume! Love it.
Any WiP pics?

this is amazing! really good job! any more pictures of the construction of the mask!? beautiful work!

Hey negasonic ! That's a pretty good effort for 3 days work! I wouldn't sweat what you did with the hand wrappings, it looks like they're supposed to be there.

Where'd you get those giant taxidermy eyes from, and what animal are they for? Great paint up around the eyes, they look just like a giant sea turtle's would!

thank you!! so funny story they're actually the eyes from a dollar store stuffed animal, and then the whites are from deconstructed big googly eyes. i cut circles the same size as the dollar store eyes out and glued those in, and spray painted the inside white. nail polish and some red yarn on the outside to make them veiny :) i might replace them with actual taxidermy eyes now that i have time though

Very COOL~! The materials gathering, not the other thing. :D

I like walking around the hardware stores and creating lists of "what to use this and that for". I should look at a few things more closely next time I'm meandering through the dollar store and catalog those resources too!

That's some very impressive doodad compilation skills ya got there. I never would have guessed all those parts, nor that it wasn't a drop-in prefabbed eye.
