No idea who made that one? But they are quite easy to make! And fun to make. Prices for a good costume will range $200-1000 You can get a cheaper one from Spirit Halloween, but I forewarn you, they are absolutely garbage, are made of cheap materials, and will NOT look even 1/100th as good as this.

Character is Ezio Auditore da Firenze. The main protagonist of Assassin's Creed 2, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, and Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

Those are examples of what you will find. I can tell you from experience, it's cheap crap. You are better off spending your money making it yourself to get a quality product that won't rip, tear, or break after wearing it two or three times.
