Question- 1994 The Shadow scarf material? Anybody know?

Been gone awhile,

But looking to upgrade my favorite costume. I`m still digging, but if anybody has any insight as to what material you think they used to make the scarf for Alec Baldwins costume in the Shadow, any leads would be great. I want to think it was some sort of silk, but I think I am barking up the wrong tree. I`ve also got an email out to the guy who bought the original costume, but as of yet, no response.
