Making a Venom suit to wear to C2E2. Free handing all of this and figuring it out as I go. Let me know what you think.
Started with a duct tape mannequin of myself, purchased a foam muscle suit.


Nexf, I took a spandex suit and make black webbing with puff paint.


Hard to type this on my phone, but you can see the progression of the mask. I’ve had to lower the jaw to make it more comfortable to wear and to have room for the tongue

Next I will be adding white lenses to the eyes, then lips and skin folds between the eyes. From there I will be adding a tongue and some red mesh in the back of the teeth to hide my face.

Once thats done, I need to trim the claws a bit to make them more flush with my fingers.

finalky, need to finish the body. I plan to redraw the spider, need to make the legs less “chunky”.

Lastly, need to figure out soles for the feet. Not sure if I trust just super gluing water shoe soles to the bottom and having that last. I may just buy a full pair of black shoes and web them up to make them look like part of the suit.

Here’s a quick update. Added lenses and some foam to the mask. Outlined the spider on the chest.
