Hello !

I'll have to remove the grips of my luke ESB. I was afraid of drilling it so i used "3M VHB Isotac 9469". I took some advice on the forum years ago.
How can i remove it now withouth damages ?
I just want to know everything about removing, cleaning a graflex.

Thanks!

I do not have tried anything at the moment cause the graflex is in my parent's home. I'm collecting all the infos i can before i get back to them and do the job.

Btw, that's a nice idea! Thanks you !

Pull the grips off (or use dental floss), then rub the VHB tape off with your thumb. 99% of it will come right off. Then use rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) with a paper towel or cotton balls to get the remainder off.

One of the best guides I've seen for cleaning the inside and outside of a Graflex, by Yoda.

Acetone or something like Goof Off will work fine as well if you don't have alcohol. None of these things will hurt the flash.

i love this stuff!! plus there is a environment friendly version, so thats great as well!
