Turbo Man replica (rumourskywalker)

Hey guys, long time viewer of the forum, first time poster.
I am about to buy a replica Turbo Man from Instagram user 'Rumourskywalker' for $280 USD, but I want to ask people on here first if anyone can confirm that the seller is legit?
He says they will be shipped within a month. It all seems good, but almost too good.. I have suspicions, so I thought I'd ask you all on your opinions. Is this Instagram account the legitimate account of rumourskywalker?

He's legit. He held a kickstarter page for his Turboman dolls not too long ago (even booked a spot for myself) till it got taken down due to some copyright claims.

They're great quality, so much work went into them I'd say its a great price for what you'd get
