Helmet, Badge and Gun

Heya, i'm normally in the main section but Judge Dredd has been my favourite comic book character by far since '77 :) so I think I've been working towards this helmet my entire life. Unfortunately, between my Boba Fett and Reinhardt builds I got a 3D printer so now making what should be my favourite helmet of all time seems almost like an anti-climax.
Anyway, this one is for my son and is just a display model. I'd had trouble with my printer for awhile and so I on;y printed this at 0.2mm so there was alot of sanding involved. The badge and Lawgiver i'm doing 0.04mm so very little work at all will be needed to clean them up.

For the visor I had rectangle of clear perspex left over from another prop so I heated it up over an old paint can then sprayed it with Nightshades car paint (the same spray they use on headlights to make them look black when not lit up) so although it looks black it's perfectly see through.
To hold the visor in I made a clip each side cheek out of thermoplastic, so the visor slots in and is then held in place by pressure from EVA foam at the top which makes the padding on the roof of the helmet.
I had some tint lying around but couldn't dig it up and my Maskol ran out as well so the weathering I did with a layer of hairspray and salt after the silver layer.

Anyway, this one is just for my sons room ... he ran off and stashed it in his nerd lair to gather dust :)

Questions-
Is the helmet slightly too big?
The Lawgiver is definately too small, does anyone have the dimensions of the Lawgiver in particular the length in cm (not including the barrel)? I have seen different measurements 22.6cm, 26.2cm and 11inches.
The badge i've printed is also way to big.. Is the badge 10.7cm high?

Thanks for looking, I know it's only a 3D print and not super exciting but I love it :)

This is a great job!
I don't think the helmet is too big, looks just right. I made mine from a pepakura file and in the end is a little too big but still looks great.

Thanks very much :)
The Lawgiver and badge are off the printer and in need of some love but they've moved to the side burner as I turn back to my Rein build for a bit, i'll post pics when they're done though

The measurements I came up with (working from the size of the glock grip) was about 26.6cm not including the barrel.
And the badge height I have is 10.7cm so that one sounds right.

Looks like my Lawgiver is 2cm too short and my badge is huge, it's 15.5cm.
It's only for display so my Lawgiver will pass and the badge is an easy fix.
Ta :)
