Hello,

I got to take my son to watch Star Wars and he has turned himself into Star Wars everything. So I thought I would have some fun and try my hand at building the Millennium Falcon cockpit as a bed for his room.

Long ways to go but thanks for letting me share the fun process.

Seems like yesterday I made my son his Star Wars Desert Skiff bed, this brings back fond memories. Very cool!

very awesome!!!!! So far you are off to a great start, your son will be in heaven!

Thank you! I sure hope so, or it would be nice if he just slept in his room instead of on mine!

Just throwing it out there... Does anyone have hi res photos that could be used to print a vinyl backdrop to make it look like the rest of the ship is on the wall?
Red outline is approximately where the wall is. I would like the photo to come from a slightly lower angle to showcase more of the underside of the ship.

I have the MR falcon and would be happy to help with that pic. First take a pic of the angle of your parts, then I’ll take mine with that same angle. Much easier than eyeballing it!
