I prefer the larger look of an AT-AT

I think the old MPC looks pretty nicely matched size wise for the Bandai 1/144 stuff

Yes but I am trying to clear out my old AT-AT that has been half built n my cupboard for close to 5-10-15 years I can't buy another when I have 3 Bandai ATs waiting to be built. Snowspeeder and AT-ST are the Bandai small two in one set which I think are around 1/144
