RIP Aflie Curtis (Dr. Evazan).

For such a small part, Wow, he sure made a strong and lasting (four decades and counting) impression on my 11-year old brain. Dr. Evazan epitomized the "scum and villainy" that Obi Wan Kenobi warned Luke and me about.

I would agree about him making a significant impression for such a minor part, his death has been all over the UK press.
