Thank you to everyone for the support, it is GREATLY appreciated. I know that there is another run that has started after this one was posted, but we promise to deliver the best product possible. This isn't about being first to jam out a prop, it's about making sure the parts are accurate to the original hero prop, in every way.
We will be doing a small run of these and have parts ordered and on the way to build a prototype.
Because this is going to be a limited run the rings will be first dibs to the first signed up. Pricing to come, but I'm hoping it will be between $80-$100.
This is NOT a metal ring. The original prop was most likely a 3D print, so we are keeping true to the integrity of the original hero prop.
The reason that we are doing a non-metal ring is simple; when you paint metal parts, they look different. Everything we have seen of this props clearly shows that the entire ring is the same color gold. It was a 3D printed ring with the rest painted and added on.
For the first run, the size of the ring will be same as the hero prop. In the future, other sizes should be available. PM or post questions.
