A little off topic, but since you're a fan of the books, a few years back I made this replica of The Biologist's journal for my wife (she still hasn't read it...). It's a paperback of Annihilation with a custom leather cover and various maps and photos I Photoshopped.

The BDU coat is a bit different than the one Propper brand one in the link above. The ones they were wearing in the movie have the following features:
1. Buttoned front closure with flap
2. Slanted chest pockets that are gusseted. Occasionally there can be seen square stitching on the pocket flaps that suggest velcro tabs keep them closed
3. Velcro closures at the wrists.
4. Buttoned waist adjustment straps
5. Elbow reinforcement panels

I'm not aware of any jacket quite like this, so they may have been custom made for the film

The belts they wear look to be made of canvas and have flat faced box frame buckles with something written on them that I can't make out. The manufacturer?

To further clarify information about the rifles the team carries, they are AR15s with flattop upper receivers with removable carry handles, MAGPUL MOE stocks and handguards, and Magpul windowed PMAG magazines. I'm going to guess they probably have MOE grips too, but it's hard to tell.

I think it's safe to say that most of their clothing is from Helikon-Tex (a Polish company that personally I'd never heard of before) especially since they sell a line of pants called UTP (Urban Tactical Pants) that also have a version specifically fit for women, something I noticed particularly on Portman. Additionally she wears an OD long sleeve shirt that looks like the "Defender Mk2" shirt from Helikon.

The olive shirt has only two pockets, and a distinctive button style...

Those are close, but what we really would need is a shirt with box-pleated chest pockets. Tru-Spec has (or had - I think it might be discontinued) a shirt 75% of the way there in their "dress shirt", but there are a lot of flaws too. Propper's "Summerweight Tactical Shirt" is a bit closer, but the buttons are wrong and it's cut for men. Portman's is definitely a woman's shirt as the buttons are on the left.

The search continues, but how about their boots?

Unfortunately there aren't a whole lot of good shots of them. The best views come from the scene when they're entering Area X.
They seem to be tactical/hiking style boots with cloth or perhaps suede uppers. I'm leaning towards suede because when they wet they become quite dark.

They're in a sort of sandy, desert tan color and seem to have Vibram brand soles as is evidenced by the yellow tag in the center.

Or they could be wearing more than one style of boots. In some images the toe protection looks higher than others.

Sometimes they look a bit like Danner USAF boots in Sage Green:

I reached out to the the film's costume designer, Sammy Sheldon Differ, about these boots and promptly heard back from her agent, Madeleine Pudney. They are Altberg brand. I looked through their site and it would seem that they are specifically the "Lady Desert Elite" model.

Altberg are awesome boots. I have a pair. Standard issue for British army. Great thing about them is if you look after the uppers when the soles wear out you send them in and they will put a new set of Vibrams on them!
