Blade Runner 2029 Spinner License Plate Translation

Quick question,

Does anyone happen to know what the translation of the license plate is on K's spinner in Blade Runner 2049?

It's katakana (letters for western words)
If I'm not mistaken, it reads RO SA NI ZE RI SU
Thats not sounding similar to any western words though.
for instance, SE TA in katakana is "sweater"

ロサンゼルス is Japanese.
Actually it pronounces RO SA N ZE RU SU.

ロサンゼルス is Japanese for Los Angeles. Pretty sure that is katakana. Say 'Rosanzerusu' smoothly and you'll get the idea.
