ILM - 1980's Vampire Bat Prop

Hello community. I collect mainly vintage toys - but have picked up a few props over the years (thanks again for everyone on here with help identifying my BTTF 2 prop). This is a vampire bat - it's from ILM (Industrial Light & Magic) circa 1980s (1990's at the latest - my memory blurs the decades together as I get older!). As Stan Lee used to say back in the pages of the old Marvel comics - a huge no-prize to anyone who can help me identify from whence film it came! Thanks everyone for looking!
