Fifth Element Military uniform

I'm getting back into costuming after a long absence and I've decided to attempt General Munro's uniform from the Fifth Element. Most of the bits and pieces are relatively straight forward. I'm going to have to make the coat and the belt but the rest should work with off the shelf items.

One thing I would like help with is trying to identify the comms headset he (and nearly all the other military) wear. I'm assuming it's been kitbashed in some form but I could be very wrong.

if you have access to a 3d printer you could mock u the parts, I don't so I would make the elements from plastic/styrene or EVA foam

You probably already know this, but their cap badges are Royal Marines collar badges
